Advisory Board staff has drafted comments to provide EPA during their “federalism review” of the proposed revisions to the Lead and Copper Rule (LCR). As always, the Advisory Board raises concerns about unfunded mandates and the costs to cities, towns, and ratepayers by regulatory changes.
