A beautiful day allowed the Boston Redevelopment Authority an opportunity to highlight the link between economic development and the Boston Harbor Cleanup. Former Governor Michael Dukakis and Federal Judge Richard Stearns were both thanked for their roles in the Boston Harbor project.
